The ability for us as customers, who do not have in house expertise managing our own antimalware platform/s is that we can rely almost totally upon this product or service from AntiDOT (i don't know if i am addressing your exact situation). We require their expert assistance regularly both at scheduled interval services but also during issues which they fix over call where needed when required etcAnt malware problems are very important so any help appreciated - just having someone you trust able manage it would be fantastic. As an example:- Recently some anti-malwares were found within web mail addresses I was using including phishing emails sent via Google email address system.- These items got dealt by my agent's team quickly once identified then removed without incident - highly recommend these people working 24x7 around world wide coverage across time zones & locations The ability to easily create new documents from templates, customizing them as needed for our business processes. It also has some nice features like creating an index that helps us find specific information more quickly. I wish it was easier to customize the layout in Word or Excel so we didn't have to use Powerpoint when working with clients. We are able to collaborate faster than before by using this software.
