it's plastic for my opinion

Which kind of seems obvious. It's a bit crinkly, I suppose? But my kids, neither of whom wet the bed, don't seem to mind. My wife bought this and I honestly don't know why but it seems like it would do the job that it says it will do. I'll go home and pour some water on it just to make sure and I'll report back.Edit: Ho boy, that was not a good idea. I can confirm that the protector it is waterproof, but apparently testing that fact at 6am is frowned upon in some circles.
