Due to my job which is law enforcement I have suffered from back pain for many years. All the weight of my gear is on my hips, putting pressure on my lower back. Also, I'm in the car most of my shift and the seats don't have lumbar support, which is killing my back. I've had it for a little over a month and after getting this lumbar pillow I've noticed a big improvement: my back doesn't hurt as much anymore and I don't have to break it as often. The only downside is that it's flattened out a bit but still offers some support and fills the gap of the car seat's non-lumbar support. I would recommend this if you spend hours in your car and suffer from back pain.
