I couldn't concentrate when working under LED and neon lights. As soon as I left the room I was working in, I immediately felt better, and I had no problems with either incandescent or natural light. So I know it was caused by a combination of light and computer. LED and fluorescent lamps emit strong blue light in addition to the computer. I also had headaches, dry eyes and a constant feeling of tiredness. I went to the eye doctor and they told me that I have dry eyes, so I have problems. To counteract this, I wear prescription glasses with a 20% pink tint. This tint also reduces blue light. These clip-on glasses are so much better than the 20% pink tint, I felt instantly better putting them on over my other clear glasses.
