Very disappointed! The printer is not recognized.

My HP printer does not recognize the color cartridge (93). I ran the troubleshooter twice. Rebooted laptop and printer. The printer keeps blinking that something is wrong with the color cartridge. I really hoped this ink would work, at $25 it was a steal. but know! You get what you pay for.
