I would like to give this option a higher rating. In general, the bag is comfortable. Lots of storage space, backpack straps stow well, padding is adequate and overall it's nice. However, after about 3.5 months one of the handles came loose. Mostly I used the shoulder strap for carrying, so hand carrying was rarely used. Of course, the bag is still serviceable, but it definitely needs to be more durable given the limited use.
