I wear a size 9 in most of my shoes. I decided it was best to buy my normal size. It will shrink a bit, but when I wear it with socks it fits a lot better; However, I don't like how it looks with socks. i have some dr Scholl for extra support as I plan to wear them to work all day and it has helped a lot in increasing the sense of freedom. Overall I'm very happy with the look, fit and feel (even without the insoles). they felt good). But the real test will be at work tomorrow. EDIT - I still love my shoes! Super comfy but I think I should have taken a size down. They're great when I'm not moving too much, but if I walk too fast my feet slip off.
