Bought to use for my cpap on a 12 day backpacking expedition at philmont scout ranch in New Mexico. It worked better than expected and the crew I was with was astonished at how long it lasted.Details: using a resmed airmini on 6.7 pressure setting. Hiking at 6500-9200ft. Temps during the day were 80-90F and 40-50F at night.I bought two of these because the portable solar panels on the market could not power them and weighed 3x the battery.One of the batteries lasted me over 8 nights at 8hours of use and the other only dropped 25% to finish off through two more nights. (I ended up not using it one night.)I would factor in a bit of wiggle room on the estimate life based on your pressure and temps.You need to make sure and use the charger included to prevent overcharging.Overall a great buy.
