NOT WHAT IT SEEMS.
First, it's so stiff it can't be wrapped around the waist. The natural folds in which it arrived do not relax. Also, the section to which the buckle is connected is not attached to the buckle with snaps, but with an additional Velcro strap, making this part of the strap more voluminous since it is doubled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
