First of all I love that I can use it with any wrist. Also, thankfully, they both happen to get sick at different times. Really easy to put on and take off. If I need to set it up during the day, it's very easy. Even if I rub myself against a table or leaf through files, it doesn't bother me. Once the velcro is there, it cannot easily come off. I had to wash it but hand washing was very easy. I let it dry just in case. The only downside to this is that I have pets, so sometimes I need to remove pet hair. Also, it really helps to relieve wrist pain and stabilize the thumb.
