Happy Birthday Decoration

I have never made a balloon garland or attached balloons to surfaces with glue dots. It's perfect for beginners. Nice o.1. Good quality cylinder.2. You can make a LARGE garland of balloons.3. You feel great once it's done. I didn't like: 1. There were no small maroon balloons. There were little balloons that were pink but not maroon. tie by hand. 3. Confetti balloons that are difficult to inflate because they explode. 4. Bottles that come in different sizes, but it is very difficult to determine which is which size.
