I've only been using it for about two weeks but so far so good. I have very sensitive skin with red spots. This moisturizer works without irritating my skin. I've tried Cerave and Cetaphil moisturizers, which are known to be very mild, but these products irritated my skin and actually made the blemishes worse. Paula's Choice Calm Redness Relief Moisturizer doesn't irritate my skin at all and I've noticed a reduction in redness. The moisturizer is designed for normal to dry skin and doesn't make my face oily, but if you have oily skin to begin with then I would recommend buying this product in the normal to oily version. If you have sensitive and/or red skin I would definitely recommend this product! I use this in combination with Paula's Choice Redness Remover Cleanser.
