Strangely the buckle was installed the wrong way around at the factory and I had to change it. Nothing special, but surprisingly the quality control didn't notice it. Otherwise it's comfortable and great for a bike as it sits high enough. I actually saw this at a biker's and ordered it 5 minutes later. Because it fits around the waist, it's comfortable for cross-country skiing, skijoring, and downhill skiing. Amazing value compared to the Osprey backpack and the rectangular compartment fits a phone unlike the Osprey. bags. Of course there is no bubble included, but it's convenient because I can just reuse one of my old packaging and keep costs down. Smart company!
