The tech sites are right - you will never get accurate colors

*I purchased this monitor directly from Dell, not Revain. I didn't have time to write a review on the Dell product page, so I'm writing it here.*DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY. I did my research before purchasing and knew there were some complaints about the colors, especially dark colors. If I had known then what I know now, I would have recognized the huge red flag. In my sheer arrogance, I figured I could just spend a little more time tweaking the display settings. Actually I spent a lot of time. For the first time (literally) I bought a color calibration tool and used it under the guidance of a pro to make sure I was following each step correctly. Even a color calibrator can't make the Dell S2721DGF 27" Gaming Monitor color accurate! Not for work, not for gaming, not for everyday use. There is no height, no angle, no settings that will solve my problem. I realize that I actively avoid my workstation because it's such a terrible tool. The monitor is a paperweight worth hundreds of dollars.I use a laptop instead, although the laptop isn't powerful enough and the screen is much smaller.
