There are many possibilities for this. This is the one I chose. It works and doesn't look cheap. The ring makes a solid impression. The filter mesh material is soft and flexible. Clamp feels sold out. The cotton "leg" is made of a strong metal that doesn't seem to bend when tightened (and it's not on my mic boom). Part of the flexible arm is metal and mostly holds its position. When attempting to use this particular device, trying to set it up with the screen rising from the bottom and the flexible arm positioned as you see in the picture can be a mistake. What you will find is that you position it in the perfect position and then it slips off due to weakness in the hand. Maybe much more expensive pop filters don't have this weakness. But this one suits me. Solution? Just let it go from above and lean down. You've already removed the game from your hand and it should stay where you parked it. I'm happy with mine and I can tell you that it really does what it says it can do: remove pops.
