The product was well packaged, designed and made to OEM specifications. I bought this as a backpack/road warrior adapter and while it works well I wish they would offer a longer cable. I know how to carry a lightweight extension cord to make up the difference. To be honest I could have bought an AC adapter with a longer cord but it didn't meet OEM specs and I didn't need to use it on a recently purchased laptop. It's worth the risk. Four stars only because they don't offer extended cable lengths. Note. An extended power pack is available from the manufacturer, but I "pay no" money!
