Bought the largest size I usually wear. Each manufacturer has a different size. I wear XL, 1x or 2x. Basically, I'll stick with either 1x or 2x. The top is a bit tight in the chest and stomach, which I personally find comfortable. I prefer a slightly looser fit. The bottom fit is correct. If I were to order a size up I would probably swim in it. The fabric is durable so will be warmer than another brand I own. However, it's not as soft as another brand I own. Overall the pajamas are of good quality.
