I recently bought the Eco Touch Complete Car Care Kit. I am a professional auto mechanic and wanted to test this line of chemicals on my personal vehicle. I've been looking for eco-friendly car care products for a long time and this seemed to fit the bill. Waterless Car Wash: This is a decent waterless car wash. The lubricity is good and it does an excellent job of removing dirt and grime from a moderately dirty car without scratching, damaging or other problems. The only thing that confuses me is that the car takes quite a bit (about half a bottle) and it's not cheap - $9 a bottle or a lot more for a concentrate. Quick Wax: This is a great spray wax that I love. -prove. Easy to apply and gives a beautiful shine that protects for about a month. Definitely worth buying. Rim cleaner: My favorite product is Eco Touch. This is an excellent medium duty rim cleaner that does not use acids. It lathers very well when shaken with a brush and rinses off easily. The best medium powered wheel cleaner I have ever used and is now one of my regular purchases. Tire shine: not so good. Sticks everywhere and is applied somewhat unevenly. Skin Care: I love this product. It smells good, applies evenly and leaves the skin comfortable and supple. However, it is somewhat sensitive to moisture when applied. All Purpose Cleaner: This is a decent medium power cleaner. It has a medium cleaning power and is very versatile. However, it is very expensive and should not be used on very dirty surfaces as it will not clean completely. Use this on a car that you clean regularly, but not a really broken car. Dashboard Protector: Another great Eco Touch product. It applies evenly, smells fantastic and leaves a nice satin finish that protects the plastic inside very well. I don't use this anymore, but I would buy it if I needed something locally. Cleaning windows: total rubbish. Striped, dirty and the cleaning power is terrible. Throw it away and buy Invisible Glass Odor Eliminator: I love this scent. It's very comfortable and covers odors well. Can't complain at all. Applicator: Possibly one of the best tire applicators I have ever used. I buy them in bulk and have yet to find a better, more ergonomic fit for me. Microfiber towels: These are towels with the Eco Touch logo. The stack is good and they clean relatively well, but you can find better deals. Overall I like most of the products in this set and have kept most of them for personal use. worth $75? Yes. Does it fit the average Joe who likes to keep his car clean? Yes! Should you use this if you're a pro? Only if you're happy to spend more than necessary on supplies and are selling your business to a really shady clientele. Otherwise, there are other companies that offer you the best organic products for less money.
