I'm 5 ft at 160# with average chest size. I always expect a poor fit with at least one piece. I bought the large and it's a perfect fit. I don't generally leave reviews unless the item is beyond expectations or trash worthy. But because sizing can be frustrating I decided to share it. It wasn't right. I'd wear a size 12-16 women's. Sorry I can't give exact size since women's pant sizing sucks. But maybe all this info will help you if you have a similar body. When I'm riding my recumbent bike causes shirt to rise up. Keeps me warm and isn't bulky. Good quality material and stitching. Basically, it's as described.
