Great material, bad design

I couldn't wait to receive this. Usually Pacsafe is a good brand. The material is good. I love that it holds over 12 cards and bills, but there are two gaming issues with the design of this product. ID window - you can't see the ID there so you still have to pull it out. Please refer to the attached picture. That's my AAA card in the ID window. See how hard it is to watch? Driving license is not clearer. Another complaint is that the lower-left card slot holds the card in place like something sticky is holding it there. Have tried several cards and all have the same problem. I had no problems with the cards falling out and the strip missing - wasn't expecting it as it wasn't in the photos.

Pros
