Definitely no touchscreen, you need to download an app, this app syncs with your phone to set the time. The cases are plastic only, they are not full screen smartwatches. To use the app, you must have notifications and location turned on. Once you've done that, you can sync your watch to your phone via the app, then turn off your location and notifications. It was very easy to sync with my old Galaxy S8. I just got a Galaxy S20 and now the clock is syncing but the earbuds aren't syncing to bluetooth. It says that an app is required to use this Bluetooth device. I have the app but still no headphone sync. Reset the watch and hold my phone even if I unpaired the watch and forgot, reconnected the watch and connected via the app. However, the headphones still don't connect 😕. UPDATE 8/7/21 Connected headphones worked fine for a while, now the left headset volume is always very low, even though the volume is still low on max. The volume on the right works well but the right headset keeps saying low battery please charge even though I plug it back into the watch and the watch says full battery and both headsets are fully charged. The headphones last around 4 hours on each side. The watch lasts about 1.5 days before needing to be charged. DO NOT LOOK, if you do this you will need to go through the reconnection process through the app to resync the date and time.
