I recently ordered a 17 ounce jar of Kneipp bath salts and thought this little packet would make a nice gift for a friend who also loves relaxing baths . The box it came in was not suitable for a gift - it was broken and torn, but four packages remained intact. Because of this poor presentation, I kept it to myself. Compared to the big jar I have, it's not that profitable. This jar offers 8-10 baths; that's only four, but costs $5 less. The variety pack is a great way to decide which Kneipp bath salts are your favourite. It's a difficult decision for me - each pack has a very pleasant aroma and all offer relaxing comfort. At the end of a few days I really need to unwind. These salts relieve pain in the legs and feet. I really wonder why Kneipp felt it necessary to color some of the bags with artificial coloring - it makes the bath water sticky and seems unnecessary. However, it's a fun gift that everyone will appreciate, but only if Kneipp can ensure the box arrives in good condition. I'm almost glad mine arrived exactly as it was so I could enjoy a set of four soothing, fragrant essential oils.
