Great privacy screen but cannot stay on MacBook Pro screen when closed

My rating is based on using this privacy screen with a 2019 MacBook Pro. Your results may vary depending on the laptop. Overall, this privacy screen works exactly as it should. The screen still looks sharp and clear when viewed directly from above, and there's minimal loss of brightness or clarity. If you're interested in graphic design, I'll probably just film it, which is very easy. Viewed from an angle, the privacy screen works flawlessly, completely blocking the screen so people around you can't see your screen. Ideal for working in crowded places or in coffee shops where you don't want strangers reading information off your computer screen. Functionally, this screen is perfect for the MacBook Pro, it's not too small and not too big. When it's on, you can't even tell it's on because it sits so flush. It also has an intuitive magnet mechanism so you don't have to stick unsightly clips on like other models. The only major downside here is that it's too thick to cover a MacBook Pro with the privacy screen on. It leaves a gap and doesn't close completely and I've attached a picture of that gap with the screen closed. So all you have to do is keep it in your folder and put it on and take it off every time you open and close your laptop. It's not a deal breaker, but it's a bit annoying, which is why I had to deduct a star for it. Overall I still really like the design of the magnet and I think it's better than most options on the market. If you're willing to turn it on and off whenever you need to close your laptop, then this is a solid choice. Otherwise I would try to find a thinner one. The price is very reasonable for what it does.
