Adds strength to my leg

I have had a number of injuries to my right leg over the past 12 years including a fracture, knee problems, torn ligaments etc. I can walk without VERY pain. Due to the fact that I wasn't as active as before, my muscles became weaker. I wear various elastic "braces" for the legs that strengthen the leg and knee. Looking for ways to strengthen my thighs, I bought these in a large size (23" thighs) to see if that would help me stay on my feet longer. It really helps. I want these Sharing information to help others. The large is actually a bit too big which means it is not tight and maybe a medium size would fit well.It doesn't matter as the 3 straps are what you tighten adjust. A sleeve can be there to keep the straps in place (IMO) and while a tighter sleeve would help, I don't think it's necessary. What I find useful is that there's 3 There are straps to wrap around your leg/thigh that you can make as tight or loose as you like The velcro is strong and keeps things in place well The cuff helps keep my thigh muscles loose , and she helps with de n terrible pain I have had for the last few years. ng another for my left foot. I find it much better than those flesh colored elastics (I don't want to name the name) because it's fully adjustable in 3 areas. It's very comfortable, not stiff or heavy. And it is very easy and quick to apply. I hope this helps you too.
