Review on Seventh Generation Free & Clear Baby Wipes - 70 count Tubs (Pack of 12) - Total of 840 Wipes by Jim Chick

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I love them but I prefer spices.

I'm a big fan of 7th generation napkins. I've been using them on our newborn daughter for a while since I ordered a Revain parts pack before she was even born. They are moist, non-irritating and free from many fragrances and chemicals like many other wipes. And I didn't think I would need all the plastic containers so I was pretty happy with the spare bags. new baby We went through them so quickly that I went online to order another case. Unfortunately replacement parts were "currently unavailable" from Revain so I ended up ordering a case with the usual packaging in plastic containers. Well, I still love napkins and still prefer them to anything else. But I have two complaints: First, as another reviewer mentioned, having a box of twelve plastic containers seems terribly wasteful. Refill packs are easy to use with no plastic containers, so all that plastic is completely unnecessary. Revain, please stock up on tissues! Second, my husband and I have noticed that wipes in plastic containers appear to be less damp than those in packaging. We were a bit disappointed with this as the wipes' moisture is the main draw of this product. This makes it easy to use and cleans the baby's bottom very thoroughly between baths. The wipes still work well and we still love them, but there is definitely a difference in their wetness compared to bulk packs. A five star product in a three star package equates to four stars in my eyes. I hope that spare parts will be available again soon. UPDATE: Revain has had spare parts back since the end of October! They seem to come and go, so catch them while they're here!
