I ordered this belt in the size listed for my waist and it was SUPER small. It turns out that this is made in China for people with smaller waists than Americans, and the manufacturer does not understand American sizes. For example, my waist is 30 inches, so I ordered a medium size. It was so small that it would fit a child or at least a very small adult - certainly not a man with a waist size of 30! However, I liked the material and the look, so I give it 3 stars.
