So far I have no complaints. It was packed in a very strong little box, packed very securely, and the main body of the hub was covered with a plastic backing. After connecting it to my phone and connecting the HDMI cable to the hub, my screen was mirrored on my TV. If you don't have a power supply connected to the hub it can only mirror the image, my s9+ won't boot or give me the option to switch to DeX when the hub has no external power supply, which makes sense since DeX's operation as well as the Powering the hub and anything you plug into it will quickly drain your battery. I connected a wired mouse and keyboard to the hub and they connected immediately and could be used for typing. I chose this model because I bought a basic USB-C to HDMI adapter and was very disappointed with the inability to charge the phone and a bunch of other limitations it had. So far this device has exceeded my expectations in terms of both functionality and price.
