Quick Overview - DO NOT buy; You will hate the sound of your microphone! Long review - they're cheap because the mic is physically blocked by the case and your audio gets very muffled. If you want to open it up and punch a hole for the mic, it's a very good deal considering it's priced at about half the Revain's. A few nice words: solid construction with no bad soldering, the PTT has a little rubber bumper that makes it nice and cushioned, the cable is over 6ft long when stretched (love that), nice metal clip on the back. rotates 360 degrees like everyone else, plus it has a strong spring and the speaker is loud and clear (at least with my Anytone D878, which has a crazy loud sound). If you find your mic sound is quiet, you can probably change the 1.1kΩ shunt resistor on the mic to a higher value, although I haven't tried this. I bought one just to get a nice twisted cable to plug in my own external mic so they're good for that too. Note that the cable only has microphone, speaker, and PTT cables, so you can't make your own data cable with it.
