does not sweat; worth it

This is a baker's Bentley! I have had kitchen gadgets for decades and use them in my professional kitchen/bakery and at home. But despite the fact that they are strong, they have always groaned and worked with heavy dough. Because of this, I was careful and let them rest when they were hot. I've been looking for years for that home car that was really big enough to move AND had an engine to match. It has all this and more. I'm excited about this car. What I like! Size - I can make my triple bread recipes without stalling the motor or overflowing the bowl and large triple cookie recipes. Silence is quieter than my older smaller machines. Accessories - whip - professional quality and great weapon material; Hook spiral, stainless steel, sexy charm, the blade is the same. The fold-out mounting connector is a nice touch and a nice change from unscrewing and removing. I kept my smaller blender because sometimes it's too big for some jobs or I should say more than I need for some jobs. You can use it for smaller jobs, but it's nice to have the choice if you cook and bake a lot. If I had one it would be this one. I almost gave up on Kitchen Aid to have a really big car, but they pulled it off. The 6-7 liter mixers released in recent years simply cannot handle large batches, and engines, of course, cannot. He doesn't get hot, he doesn't moan, he's a real workhorse, and I don't mean Quarter Horse, I mean Clydesdale, tall and graceful and he doesn't sweat.
