The support staff are very helpful! They make sure that you have everything set up correctly before they send someone out for training so there's no wasted time with them figuring things out when we're already past it being resolved. I think this was my first experience working w/ an Email List Hygiene service provider but after speaking w/ other customers who had used different providers previously - I can say without hesitation-eHygenetics stands head & shoulders above everyone else!! Our client base consists mainly of small businesses (10 employees +) which makes our database quite large (>1 million). We use MailChimp as well as several third party vendors like Constant Contact etc.. There were some issues around having too many contacts within one account since these 3rd parties require us to link multiple accounts together otherwise your data gets split across 2 separate lists instead.
