The customer service is great. They really take care of you, no matter what your request. They will assist you with anything you need to make sure you are happy with the product or service they provide. It was difficult getting your initial set up but once we did it was smooth sailing. It's not so much the product itself as it is how simple the software works. If you want to send handwritten notes or letters with personalization that is easily read by people without having to spend too much time doing it you cannot go wrong. We were able to use our own text fonts for our business, but I would highly recommend allowing them to customize it for you as well if possible. This allowed us to be more creative with the way we wanted to write the letters.
