Worth the money - my new review
Its the right size for my grandson to grow into. The buckle is poorly designed in that it has two pointed ends on each buckle which could injure a child if not careful. Otherwise I think it was a good purchase.

- The brakes are difficult to apply and do not hold well on inclines
