Comes with a sticky adhesive that needs time to dry.
I tried this product several times before giving my opinion and feedback. The glue (love that you get TWO tubes) is TERRIBLE sticky and takes too long to dry. Unfortunately I wore this eyelash and glue set to prom and unfortunately the glue got dirty. Would love to return this but unfortunately damaged the packaging of the lashes to pack in my luggage. If the adhesion improves, I would buy this set again. In the meantime, I need to buy another glue. :(
