very happy with my purchase I only use it for work and travel by train so here's my list of likes and dislikes: Likes: durable material and base allows it to stand up (so can I access your compartments without hitting your backpack); material perfectly repels water; 2 main compartments with small sleeves ensure spaciousness and order; separate compartment for a laptop; 3. Easy access zip pocket for keys, travel card, smart device etc.; 2 side pockets for liquid containers or a portable umbrella (holds a large coffee mug very conveniently); padded shoulder straps and lining material, I really like how this backpack sits on the shoulder and back (even with a laptop in it); Good grip so I can carry it like a briefcase. Dislikes: For me this is the branding on the backpack, I'd like a little less but that's certainly not a deal breaker. Note to Kopak, I don't know how you ended up on the backpack called Tigernu, but I would reconsider the name, why not go with Kopak?
