Review on InnSpect by Robert Ryokan

It's easy for me to set up tests with different scenarios that I want my users experience when using our software application or website! The support team are very helpful as well!! We have started out small but we plan eventually expand this service into other areas within innspect such as security assessments (eCommerce websites). There isn't anything at present which would hold us back from doing so if it was something specific about any aspect of their product/service - however there could be some improvement around pricing structure especially since they do offer discounts depending upon how many testers you use during your trial period etc. Currently looking only towards internal applications where customers can interact directly via web browser without having to download client side plugins e.g. Adobe Flash Player.
