I usually wear size 36-38 C/D depending on the bra and breastfeeding has drained my breasts. I read in reviews that cup size and band should be bigger, but since I often don't fill cup size due to my bust size, I chose my size 38D, even if I downsize, they still crease on top. and it fits perfectly! If you have no problem finding the right bra I suggest increasing your cup size, but if like me you have an unusual breast shape that doesn't always fill the cups, choose your size and it will fit. Big.
