love the shirt and how it feels. But I'm 5'7" 175. and the large one is really tight right out of the box, haven't washed it yet so it's probably shrinking even more. Of course that's when I realize I still have gut, which I despite can't get rid of strenuous exercise! that's what you do at 60.
