Review on 🚘 Enhance Ride Comfort with Monroe 555004 Gas Magnum Shock Absorber by Anthony Grover

Monroe RV Gas Magnum Shocks

My 5th wheel used to be very difficult to handle. It was unpredictable, and I just trembled from a passing semi-trailer. Small turns in the road were difficult to control. Since the camper has soft suspension, I couldn't figure out why it didn't have shock absorbers. It no longer wobbles, rides very predictably and the white knuckles on long rides are gone. I can't understand why they aren't mandatory on all motorhomes from the factory once they're fitted. The car could not move at highway speeds without shock absorbers. The softly springy zips swing easily without any cushioning to control body movement. I am very happy with this purchase. I noticed a better ride in a truck on rough roads. And it doesn't move any more than it used to in the motorhome. I went for a heavier shock to get better control. I bought the shocks and installed them on my RV using Shockwarehouse's RB511 kit. My leaf springs were over the axle. I used 2.5" exhaust clamps alongside the blades from NAPA to install a kit plate on my axle that holds the lower shock bolt in place. A few hours to install everything. 4. Detailed review, yes. Engineer, who would have thought we'd be happy to fix it even if it ain't broke.
