Review on Reversible Boys' Accessories: NIce Caps Breathable Protection Hats & Caps by Keith Aluguvelli

Very short hat and not a fan of the chin strap

We bought these for our 3 year old son because of the adjustability and the price of two packs. We've been using them for a short time (maybe a month). Pros: Discreet rim, especially at the back, for sun protection. Highly adjustable for different head diameters. Lightweight and fits easily in a pocket. So you get a relatively cheap two-pack. Disadvantages: The distance from the top of the hat to the brim is very short. On the other hand, he has a lot of room to grow, but it hardly suits him at the moment. I think his head is pretty average size. The bottom of the hat (where the brim is) is a few inches above his eyebrows. This measurement is approximately what you would have on a baby hat. THIS IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM. Another issue is the chin strap. It's good that it's adjustable, but I don't like that it's stretchy. My kid keeps flicking it (and it has a little plastic piece on it that can be adjusted to flick across the face leaving a trail). I also wonder if it's dangerous by choking. I would not buy this product again due to the fit or recommend it for this reason. The value is not good if it does not match for a long time, especially for a regulated product. I would return them but for the price it's not worth it and they will work this summer. If they changed the fit of their product I would buy them again in this case but am considering changing the chin strap.
