So I had like many other pens that came out of the box and luckily they lasted a while: one of them didn't charge after about 5 months and the other didn't charge today. . I figured I'd have to afford a brand new pen or buy a replacement Huion charger. DO NOTHING! It turns out that the charger is horribly designed for the shape of the charging hole on the handle. Take an Xacto blade or something sharp and carefully remove the rubber band from the loading pin. As you charge the pen over time, I suspect that what it is plugged into for charging is out of range of the charger and unable to connect. If the pen does not charge, please try it before purchasing. a new handle or wire as they might be ok and the only real issue is a dead product design. Heck with you Huion for not fixing this problem on the very first pens you made, that's blatant ignorance they expect to charge you $39.99 to fix . Sharing this because I haven't seen anyone mention this easy fix yet.
