I bought this for vacation so I don't have to lug around a large bag. It worked great! It's roomy and has multiple zipped compartments for things. I could comfortably wear it around my waist and also wear it like a bag with straps over my shoulder. Real leather has the smell of real leather but not strong. I think this will work for both men and women. I recommend this bag for everyday use as well as any travel you may take!
