The team is very responsive and knowledgeable about their product, they were able to address our needs as we had envisioned them. I think it would have been helpful if we could get some more details about the security aspects of their cloud solution. It's not as easy as it sounds, which is a bit disappointing. We are solving the problem of connecting disparate systems into one single source. This has allowed us to build out a unified system that enables our customers to interact with us in a way that was previously impossible.
