Great headset with great service

Great headset. It's lightweight, with good sound quality and a long wireless range. Customer service goes above and beyond, helping you get set up and doing test calls with you to adjust the sound quality. Easily on par with Plantronics. However, I have several problems after using this device for almost two years. First I really need a mute button and mute LED on the base station. The button on the headset is inconvenient to use. The silent beep is fine when I'm walking around, but it would be nice to turn it off for long calls I don't want to talk about. Second, it doesn't seem to remember the audio settings when the power goes out. I'm having trouble adjusting my microphone volume during a call because I didn't know I had a power outage. It would be nice if it had an analog dial instead of up and down buttons, maybe it would be an easy way to "remember" my settings. All in all I would buy it again and recommend it to everyone. UPDATE: I hate to say this, but I'm downgrading my rating after dealing with this for the past few months. I really wanted to like it, but got nothing but audio complaints, mostly caused by volume issues with cycling diet. This happened so often that I became a laughing stock at work. I decided on an alternative and it goes in the trash can.
