When I first bought this unit 2 out of 3 pumps didn't work. To the manufacturer's credit - they sent me 2 replacement pumps and it was an easy fix. Then a few months later one of the pumps failed. I thought the liquid was too thick or maybe clogged. After about a week of trying to get the pump dispenser to work, the assembly slipped off the wall and fell onto the bathtub floor, rupturing all 3 pumps and pouring all of the liquid contents down the drain. I have had very bad experiences with this product! My money for the goods and all the contents went down the drain. I advise against buying this product.
