I like how it helps me to reach new people, which leads to more sales for my business! It can be more intuitive at times, but when you're just getting started, the app has tutorials that walk you through everything step by step, so don't worry about not knowing what's next once you've clicked something. The interface isn't very user friendly in terms of navigating from one page or post to another. That being said we do have multiple teams with different responsibilities within our organization who are able to use this product separately. We were looking for an easy way to create content for our website as well as other platforms (Facebook) without having to hire separate writers/creatives each time. This solution does both. I like how easy it was to use, my account manager helped me get started with hashtags very quickly! They have an amazing team behind them who truly cares about their customers success in this space!! If you are looking for results driven campaigns look no further than hashtagd. Great product from great people at affordable prices. ! Nothing yet but we will be working hard over time as well so stay tuned. !!
