I don't normally buy any brand of cotton swab other than the Q-Tip brand. I hate how other brands have weak "sticks" (for lack of a better description) that close or the cotton ends up falling off during use - or just missing from the start - etc. I stumbled across this while shopping Cotton swab, I noticed that the buds are made from bamboo, which I've never heard of, and thought they might be better for the environment while still reasonably durable. Since the price was ridiculously low, I was fine with them turning out to be crap. I'm SO glad I decided to try them because WOW! They work just as well as the Q-Tip brand but at a fraction of the cost and may even reduce my carbon footprint a bit. They come in about 12 separate packs which are resealable little bags with handles and zips so the packaging they come in is perfect for tossing the pack in your purse, suitcase, gym bag etc. I definitely recommend them!
