I bought this to replace the factory small gear knob which was difficult to know what to do. This thing is held in place by a single Phillips head screw and installs in about a minute. This makes switching from forward to reverse very easy. It's also great quality and tough as hell. If you don't like tiny factory factories, try this one, you'll love it.
