These are some of the best NATO straps I have ever owned. The material is softer than many cheap and stiff bands. High quality stitching protects the buckle and rings securely, they are taped at the ends and around the holes so they will take some time before they start to fray and wear out. They're a little short. The striped fits perfectly. Holding it in my comfortable position, 4th from the last hole, there is still enough strap left to thread through the 2nd ring. Other NATOs are too long and you have to refuel them. There appear to be some manufacturing inconsistencies in the strips. The striped sits perfectly on the 4th from the last hole. The black is too loose on this hole and too tight on the 5th. Okay, striped is what I really wanted. I can wear black during my workouts when a closer fit is desired and that way I don't sweat over what I like.
