42DD bust size and 215 lbs - here's my review
I ordered the XL. It still has more stretch so you can definitely make it work but I think the bigger your bust is the worse the shirt looks on you. I'm going to try to make it work with an undershirt but it borderline looks bad on me and I think it's because I'm plus size.THE STRAPS SUCK they won't stay up at all! I'm going to have to tape them down when I wear this shirt out. They suck so much!

- The shirt is beautiful but definitely know if you have larger boobs it might be hard to adjust
- The camisole may require special care when washing or drying
