Review on Relax and Unwind with Mulberry Park Silks Aromatherapy Lavender Eye Pillow by Kenny Marquez

I confess I was a bit skeptical about the mask which just slips over the eyes - nothing kept it there except gravity. But after using it for a month I'm sold out! I get up very early for work - swim coach - and I have to be ready as soon as I walk in the door at 5am for a workout, so I go to bed earlier than my husband. He will be watching TV and this bright light is enough to keep him awake. So I only wear masks to protect myself from bright light. I've used cheap cotton masks and they've worked quite well - until now. There is something decadent or luxurious about a silk sleep mask. The fabric stays cool on the skin and it's just a special feeling - almost like wearing my silk lounge pants - it's just a nice feeling; like pampering yourself a little. And I LOVE lavender in a sachet - it's such a relaxing scent and I really think it helps me sleep. Before applying it to my face, I squeeze the pack a little and it seems to release the scent just a little bit. I want to say that this price is a bit high, but I have to clarify that it is a bit higher than other masks. I used - some were just giveaways when I was buying pajamas. This is truly a decadent mask and a wonderful treat for yourself. I'd say it would make a great gift too - it's just gorgeous. All in all I have to say I will never go back to a boring cotton sleep mask after this.
